  3. 1 tbsp wheat flour
  4. 1/2 tsp half crushed black pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  10. 1/4 tsp oil

  12. 1 finely chopped small seedless tometo
  13. 1 finely chopped small green capsicum
  14. 1/2 cup boiled corn kernels
  15. 1/3 cup finely chopped cabbage
  16. 1 finely chopped small onion
  17. 1.5 tbsp red chilly sauce
  18. 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise
  19. 2 tbsp Amul cheese spread
  20. 1 tbsp tometo sauce
  21. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  22. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  23. 1 tsp oregano
  24. 1 tsp red chilly flakes
  25. 👉 For Garnishing :--
  26. Black olive
  27. Processed cheese
  28. Besan sev
  29. Chaat masala
  30. Red chilly flakes
  31. Oregano

Instructions to make to make Besan Methi Puri with Puri Chaat

  1. First add the besan in a bowl. Now add half crushed black pepper, carom seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt and kasuri methi and mix everything well.
  2. Now add a little water in this mixture and knead medium dough. Now add wheat flour and knead the dough for 1 minute. Now add oil to this dough, grease the dough well for oil and knead a little.
  3. Now make four big loaves of this besan flour dough. Weave a very thin loaf of wheat flour. Then cut into round shapes.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and fry a little golden on low flame. Now our crispy and crunchy besan methi is ready.
  5. Now prepare chaat. In a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, boiled corn kernels, cabbage and onion and mix well.
  6. Now add red chili sauce, mayonnaise, cheese spread, tomato sauce, chaat masala, black pepper powder, oregano and red chili flakes and mix well.
  7. Arrange the besan puri in the plate. Now put 1-1 tbsp topping on this puri and garnish with black olives, grated cheese, besan save, chaat masala, red chili flakes, oregano and green coriander leaves.
  8. Now our crispy and very healthy Besan Methi Puri and Puri Chaat is ready for serving.
