Steps to make to make Tandoori paneer Tikka
- Cut all vegetables and paneer in cubes

- Roast gram flour till it becomes aromatic. Let it cool down.
In bowl whisk curd, add roasted gram flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well.
- Add all veggies and paneer n coat it with the curd mixture. Cover the bowl. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.
- Skew the paneer along with onion, capsicum n tomatoes.
Keep this on tawa and roast it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then roast it directly on gas on low flame. It will give tandoori flavour to paneer and veggies.
