- Coat the cubed paneer with salt,black pepper powder and corn flour. Shallow fry the paneer.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic,green chillies,spring onion bulbs saute it on high flame for 4 mins
- Add capsicum, spring onion greens and sugar saute for about 2 mins
- Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce saute for another min.
- Add mixture of corn + water, salt and black pepper powder and cook till the sauce thickens. Add the fried paneer. Cook for 2 to 4 mins. Last add the spring onion greens.
