  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  10. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  11. 1 tsp tandoori masala
  12. 1 tsp kasoorimethi
  13. 1 tsp ginger green chillies paste
  14. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  15. 2 tbsp mustard oil
  16. 1 tbsp bhune chane ka powder
  17. to taste Salt
  18. 2 tbsp oil for brushing the paneer and vegetables
  19. Some onion rings
  20. 1 shredded cucumber
  21. 2 lemon slices
  22. 1 tsp chaat masala
  23. 4 tbsp hung curd dip
  24. 4 tbsp tomato sauce

Instructions to make to make Tandoori Paneer Platter

  1. In a mixing bowl combine together hung curd, haldi powder, red chilli, dhaniya powder, tandoori masala, kasoorimethi, ginger green chillies paste, garlic paste, mustard oil, bhune chane ka powder and salt, mix them well
  2. Now add paneer cubes, potatoes, capsicum, tomatoes and onion cubes, mix them nicely with your hand, so that each piece is coated well with the marination
  3. Now cover this bowl with a cling film or a plate or lid, and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours
  4. Meantime soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes, so that it holds the paneer and vegetables nicely
  5. Now heat a pan on low heat, grease it with some oil
  6. Now take one skewer and start putting the marinated paneer and vegetables, first put the onion cube, then potato piece, then tomato cube, then capsicum and then paneer cube, then again tomato cube, then capsicum cube, then potato and in the end onion cube, in this way prepare all the skewers
  7. Now place the skewers in the greased hot pan, brush some oil on them, roast them, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes brown and crispy from outside
  8. Then take them out and arrange them in a serving plate, on a bed of shredded cucumber, garnish with lemon slices, onion rings and chopped coriander leaves, coriander sprig, and serve with hung curd dip and tomato sauce
  9. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve hot, you can also sprinkle some lemon juice for more taste
