  1. 2 cup spiral / any pasta
  2. 1 spoon salt
  3. 1 spoon oil
  4. 1 spoon butter
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 chopped green chilli
  7. 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 chopped carrot
  9. 1 chopped capsicum
  10. as required Chhoped tomato -(puree of 2 tometoes
  11. as per taste salt
  12. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 spoon dry Coriander powder
  14. 1/4 spoon garam masala powder
  15. 2-3 spoon tomato sauce
  16. 2 spoon grated cheese (any)
  17. 1/2 spoon mixed herbs
  18. 1/2 spoon red chilli flakes

Instructions to make to make Masala Pasta. /Indian Style Pasta

  1. In a pot add water salt make boil add pasta boiled for 8-10 min. Don't overcook strain immediately pour cold water over pasta drain keep aside.
  2. Heat up pan add oil and butter chhoped onion saute light pink colour add ginger garlic paste saute add green chilli chopped mix and cook
  3. Add all chopped veggies saute till become soft (don't overcook) add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree mix and cook cover with lid for 3-4 min remove lid
  4. Add all dry spices add tomato sauce grated cheese now base is ready.
  5. Now add boiled pasta green coriander leaves cook for 1-2 min. add mix herbs red chilli flakes.
    Serve hot
