- 1/2 tsp pav-bhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp pizza seasonings
- 1 Tbsp green coriander

- 1 tsp corn starch slurry
- 1/4 cup roasted wheat daliya
- 1 cup cooking oil to fry
- as required Cucumber raita
- As required Tomato chilli sauce
Steps to make to make Paneer Popcorns
- Mix all the ingredients well coated with pander cubes to marinate them for about an hour.



- Mix all the ingredients and add little water to make a tight dough. Give rest to the dough for 10 minutes.



- Make balls out of the dough. Press them to form small katoris.(see photos).

- Keep a marinated paneer cube at the center of a dough cup. Gather the outer cover and make paneer stuffed balls.



- Dip each paneer stuffed ball in cornstarch slurry and then roll over the roasted wheat daliya.

- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the coated paneer balls from all sides on medium to low flame.
