- Firstly in the pan add oil, in it add cumin seeds and red chillies, let them crackle for 30 sec.Now in it add chopped onion,saute it until for 2 mins


- Then in it add green chillies, chopped ginger - garlic.Saute it for 2 mins. Until aroma comes out of it.


- Then after that, tomato sauce should be added. Give a stir then add all the masala's : cumin,red chilli,turmeric, pepper powder and garam masala.Mix them properly. Then add salt and little bit of sugar to enhance the flavour and balance the taste.


- Here after that add all the veggies one by one : tomato, capsicum,onion etc.Mix them all



- Now atlast add 2 tbsp of paneer.Mix them. Then atlast add paneer.Cut the paneer in long strips shape.


- Now add some green onion on top of it. slow the flame.Cook it for 5 mins in low flame.

- Paneer which is literally "Jhaal" is ready to serve hot
