- 1 tsp black pepper whole
- 1 tsp cumin seeds whole
- 1 tsp coriander seeds whole
- 3 green cardamom
- 2 cloves

- 1 tsp kasuri methi roasted
- to taste Salt
Steps to make to make Kadhai paneer
- Cut the panner into cubes.Roast the dry masalas n grind it.Cut onion, capsicum n tomato into cubes.



- This the dry roast masala.Add butter n oil in the pan.



- Now add some whole cumin seeds n saute the panner.



- Saute the capsicum, onion n tomato. Keep aside.Now add ginger n garlic paste,saute it well.



- Add panner to the pan n mix the dry griended masala.Now add some water.



- Add tomato sauce n roasted kasuri methi.Now add previously saute capsicum, onion n tomato. Serve it hot.
