Creamy white sauce pasta aka béchamel sauce pasta is one of my favorite pasta recipes. It’s cheesy and oh so good! Packed with veggies, this is a great way to make kids eat their veggies!

Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Bachemel sauce pasta:

  1. 1 cup pasta penne & spiral mixed
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 1 green onion diced
  4. 1 red Bell pepper diced
  5. 1 yellow Bell pepper diced
  6. 1 capsicum diced
  7. 1 packet mushroom chopped
  8. 2 or 3 Few broccoli florets
  9. 1 cup American corns
  10. 2-3 baby corns
  11. 4-5 garlic cloves
  12. 1.5 tbsp all purpose flour
  13. 1.5 cups milk
  14. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  15. 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise
  16. 2 tsp oregano
  17. 2 tsp pasta mix herbs
  18. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  19. to taste Salt and pepper
  20. 4 cubes processed cheese
  21. 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  22. as needed Parmesan cheese to garnish
  23. as needed Black olives to garnish

Steps to make to make Bachemel sauce pasta

  1. Boil the pasta according to instructions on the package and drain. Note: use only 1 cup pasta if you like more sauce in your pasta. While the pasta is boiling chop all the veggies.
  2. To the same pan, now add olive oil and the remaining tablespoon of butter. Once the butter melts, add the chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Then add in the flour. Whisk the flour continuously, using a wire whisk for around 1 minute. You don't have to brown the flour

    Then add the in the milk and the cream. You can skip the cream and use only milk here.
    Whisk to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
    The sauce will thicken and coat the back of the spoon.
  4. Add oregano, Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes can and mix. Also add salt and black pepper to the sauce.
    Let the sauce simmer on medium heat another minute or so and then add the cheese and mix until it melts. Now turn the heat to the lowest.
  5. Chop all the veggies and keep aside
  6. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium heat. Add all the veggies - onion, peppers and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. You want veggies to remain crunchy. Remove the veggies from pan and set aside.
  7. Stir in the boiled pasta and the sauteed veggies. Toss until the pasta and veggies are coated with the sauce. Taste test and adjust the seasonings at this point.
  8. Serve white sauce pasta immediately out of the pan with parmesan cheese black olives if needed.enjoy hottt
